Why should the light skin black be stuck exclusively to the black race and to the black race only?

u can be half black half asian and look like a light skin black,half black half hispanic and look like a light skin black,half black half white and look like a light skin black.so why when a light skin black is speaking spanish there are people acting like that doesn't make sense and that that lsb should be stuck in the black boat.or if a blasian lsb is caught fellow shipping with asians there is observing strongly against it like wise same case with black and white biracial lsb fellow shipping whites.there shouldn't be a hold limiting them to blackness, that looking ambiguous entitles the lsb to mingle with whatever race they want or partially belong to even more so than people that are black and don't look racially ambiguous
