Was Dwight D. Eisenhower the only Conspiracy Theorist to ever become a Five Star General?

The military-industrial complex isn't a conspiracy theory. Iron triangles such as these are fundamental parts of the public policy process. Eisenhower helped create that monster he denounced, but at least he recognized the dangers and tried to warn everyone. He was our last conservative president.
