I have a boy problem?

There's this guy, who is in my cl, he is really cute, muskular, and his voice is soooo smooth, I melt. He flirts with me everyday in cl, and he comforts me when I am angry at someone, or him. But the thing is, he goes out with my best friend, when I see them together, I get sooooo mad, but I kno I shouldent because he is taken, but I know deep in my heart, he just wants me, and he even asked me 4 mii phone number!!!! and If I have a boyfriend, he jumps in my converastion whenever I start talking to a boy, and he offers me hugs everyday. I know he is the one. But he just doesnt kno that I REALLY WANT HIM!!!how can I tell him, withut telling him, butIn a cute like way???
