UK: Why is it that the longer the cold spell goes on the higher Lord Adonis's voice gets?

Perhaps he should be wearing thermal long-johns! Yes, you're right though, he's been metaphorically 'caught with his trousers down' and he's more than embarred. Mind you though, with all the MPs focusing their minds on their expenses and global warming i suppose he's found it hard to think about cold weather and what it would do to our country and economy!
