Traveling overseas and wish to take my juicer and portable oven. Does it pose any problem at airport with TSA?

You will have a problem if it is a propane/gas oven. Even if the tanks have been emptied, there will be residue in them and it is a flammable item so not allowed. You will have to bring tanks that have never been filled. If they are electric items, then no problem. Check the website for the exact list.
