Was it right for me to get a ticket?!?

I was driving to school last week and I got pulled over for no apparent reason! A cop said I was swerving a bit. I was doing my homework while driving with my knee and I was also having a breakfast burrito and Starbucks. I don't see what was wrong here. I wasn't on the phone so why would I get pulled over? I was also embarred that I was only wearing briefs and a cup because I was in the process of changing from a job interview outfit to a football jersey and shorts since I had a game that night. Shouldn't I get any pity for that at least? Should I also mention that I had put in my contacts and did my hair and shaved? I just simply didn't have time that morning or I would be late to school. But the cop made me late anyway! But was it fair for me to get a ticket? What law says that I can't do any of those things?? I was on the freeway anyway so all I was doing was going straight! Plus my car was on cruise control, which helped a lot.
