Do you think iCarly is an OK show for a first grader?

my 6 year old 1st grade son LOVES that show. I don't see anything wrong with it, some of the humor is a little advanced for him, but it's nothing ual or adult that i don't want him to hear yet. I actually think an older kid, 11 or 12 might find it kind of dumb or boring. and i 100% compleatly agree with the comment about having to worry more about hannah montana. Her show itself is pretty tame, but did anyone else see her dancing on the striper pole while singing? Not something i want my kids seeing at 6 and 7.
