Could the heads of the various large financial organisations be charged with treason?

Ok, bit of a simplistic view point but not being a financial whizz that's all I have to offer. My question is, as it would seem that the heads of all of the companies responsible for our current economic nightmare have all done ok (notice none of them are left poor) is there room to charge them with treason in their home countries as their actions have had obvious detrimental effect on their respective nations and in reality they can be viewed as enemies of the state. (When arrested, ets could then be seized and redistributed)
