How tall will be people grow in the future?

Will human height keep increasing or is there a limit? In Europe some countries have an average height of 6'1" (Holland and Croatia) compared to 5'9 1/2" for the US. Will people average out at 6'2", 6'3" etc once everyone has the same nutrition and health care?
