Speeding ticket in illinois, 37 mph over limit?

I got a speeding ticket for going 58 in a 30 last week and I was wondering the same thing. I was told I'm going to have a $1500 fine, my insurance will skyrocket and I could lose my license. I think the same thing pretty much applies to you. And I was wondering the same thing about reckless driving...I think they can charge you/us with that. And I'm pretty sure they can drop the uninsured vehicle charge too, if you have proof. Hope I helped..
