Why does "god" let people breed ligers, white tigers and hybrids of domestic and wild cats?

White tigers can only be obtained by crossbreeding a Bengal and Siberian tiger, and inbreeding severely for generations, hybrids between domestic cats and wildcats can end up in the death of the domestic cats, why does "god" let people do that? Either a defencless kitty dies for "cute" kittens, or a beautiful white tiger is stillborn, suffers with defects/being pretty unintelligent, or dies early, and ligers also can be born with defects.
