Is there a spirit/ghost trying to speak to me?

im 17 live with my mum two younger sisters and a younger brother. The other night i wasnt feeling the best, i felt like i was going to black out at one point so i got a drink of water and got into bed when i was lying there i felt like i was drifting off but it felt like i was blacking out too :S then when i was just bout asleep i herd ghostly voices but it was whisper like gobble de goop i couldnt understnd it and it happened everytime i was just about asleep and everytime it happend i got a weird buzzing/droning noise and i specificly remeber at one point it saying something about my internet so i asked my mum and she said she was asleep.when i got home from work i turned the laptop on and it wasnt connected to the internet and the switch to turn the wireless on was off i never turn it off. is it a ghost of some sort?
