Help with possible tendinitis?

we had our first week of practice this last week for rugby and around the third day of some relatively strenuous running, my heels starting hurting and eventually the backs of my heels as well as my Achilles tendons of both feet. I rested for 5 days and still no real relief and I can barely walk at times. Is this tendinitis, and how can I help it so that I can play?
