Aqua Tail isn't a very good move. Hydro Pump is better, but I'm not sure if Palkia can learn it. Electivire is perfect. Me First is a crap move, teach Mew either Fire Blast, Ice Beam or Thunder. Scizor is looking pretty decent, but Arcanine has too many Fire-Type moves. Teach it Earthquake or Body Slam or Giga Impact instead of Overheat. Ditto isn't a very good battle Pokemon, Use your starter Pokemon. I hope this helps...
