Is this bathingsuit aproperate for thirteen year olds?

She probably thinks it's too skimpy because it's a two-piece. How about you tell her that you promise to wear a cover up around it when you're walking around and the only time you'll wear that alone is when your in the water! Hope it works out for you :)
