How can I improve agility and stamina?
Jog, jump rope, up-downs, wind sprints, tiger crawls, shadow fighting, speed bag, tap dance, skate board, basketball, baseball, hackey sack, soccer, rock tosses (throw the rock up about head level and move your hand around the rock as many times as you can catching it palm down before it hits the ground), grappling, one hundred of each strike, block, punch, kick and finger set that you know with each side rappidly without stopping until you're done, 12 3 minute all out sessions on a heavy bag with one minute rest between each session.
